Our cementseal is applied to bare block. We like to spray the block below final grade to ensure a good seal. The cementseal will adhere to the block for the life of the building. Giving you a base coat that can be top coated with paint and freshened up for years to come. The cementseal can be left as is providing a hydro-static barrier for the building until you desire to paint for a fresh look.
